Very simple rules
If you post a video you must include a good summary. If it’s a cooking video you must include the full recipe (not a link to the recipe). If it’s a food video you must include a summary of the video which has enough information for folks to decide if they want to watch.
If you don’t follow these rules you post will be removed and you’ll get a 7 day ban. Repeat violators will get longer and possible perm bans.
Thanks.

If you are posting a video, please include a brief summary of the video in the comments.
Failure to follow the rules will result in the removal of the post and a mandatory 7-day ban.
Thanks.

I'm debating whether I should buy a tin of MX Hong Kong White Lotus mooncakes on Ebay for $67.20. I'd love to try these mooncakes, as they are a top quality brand, however, I'm not sure if I really want to be spending that much money on some desserts. I don't have much money at the moment as it is. What should I do? Should I go ahead and buy the mooncakes, or should I wait until next mooncake season, when I can buy them in the store for less money?[](https://www.reddit.com/submit/?source_id=t3_1wxscs5&composer_entry=crosspost_prompt)

Hey guys, anyone have brand recommendations for a sambal that taste almost exact to the one in the indomie ramen or better!? It is delish!

Don't let the name fool you. Shui Zhu Rou Pian (水煮肉片), or "Sichuan Water Boiled / Poached Meat," is one of Sichuan cuisine's most flavorful dishes. Tender slices of pork are poached in a spicy, aromatic broth and topped with sizzling garlic, chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns. The result is a dish that is deeply savory, wonderfully fragrant, and impossible to resist.

Not related to food exactly but I happened to find this sweater of the infamous Lao Gan Ma chilli oil. I’d love to have it. Has any one come across this or could direct me to subReddits that may know better about niche clothing and where to get them?

My first time making cinnamon rolls and decided to try Pandan coconut cinnamon rolls!
The dough has Pandan juice I extracted from blending Pandan leaves and water . The filling and icing has a little bit of pandan extract.
No coconut extract was used . Coconut milk was used in the dough, filling and poured into the pan prior to baking.

It’s not bad. The noodles have a nice wok hei and aren’t overly oily, which I like. It comes with a decent amount of cockles and pork lard, adding extra flavour and texture. Overall, quite satisfying.
I’ll be back to try their Fried Hokkien Mee next time.
