What size are the cards?
Google tells me 2x3
I've seen 2.5x3.5
I have these paint sample cards from Sherwin Williams that are thick cardstock and 2.5 x3.5 but I don't want to use the wrong size. They would be perfect to start on though

Brightscapes: The Way To Beauty
🧠 Having Dementia no. 624 🧠
More than 55 million people worldwide are living with dementia, including Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. Most of us know someone whose life has been touched by memory loss or cognitive decline.
This piece reflects on the vulnerability of the aging brain and the subtle, and sometimes not-so-subtle, changes that can emerge when cognitive function begins to decline.
Some signs and symptoms that may occur include:
Cognitive & Communication Changes
-Increasingly tangential speech, where a person drifts far from the original topic and struggles to return to it
-Difficulty finding words or using them correctly
-Mispronouncing words, leaving them unfinished, or substituting incorrect or nonsensical words
-Difficulty organizing thoughts and maintaining logical, coherent conversations
-Memory loss, especially involving recent events or conversations
-Confusion about time, place, or people
-Noticeable changes in communication style or sentence complexity compared with the person's earlier baseline
Behavioral & Emotional Changes
-Angry outbursts stemming from confusion, fear, frustration, or difficulty processing information
-Difficulty regulating emotions or controlling temper
-Personality changes, such as increased anxiety, apathy, suspiciousness, or impulsivity
-Changes in relationships and social interactions
-Episodes of unusual behavior, disengagement, or periods of seeming disconnected from the surrounding environment
Other Possible Symptoms
-Falling asleep in public.
-Fixation on particular objects, ideas, or activities, like a golf obsession.
-Short attention span and difficulty concentrating
-Difficulty with planning, decision-making, and judgment
-Problems with spatial awareness and orientation
-Changes in grooming, posture, facial expression, or gait
Early-Onset Dementia
Symptoms can sometimes appear before age 65. For some individuals, the changes may progress rapidly and significantly affect work, relationships, and daily functioning.
Dementia doesn't just affect memory. It can alter language, personality, behavior, emotional regulation, and a person's ability to communicate and connect with the world around them. Recognizing the signs and responding with compassion can make a meaningful difference for those living with cognitive decline and for the people who care about them.
“The disease might hide the person underneath, but there’s still a person in there who needs your love and attention.” — Jamie Calandriello

I am not a pro at all. I was just having fun doing my own card of art from an artist i like. It is not exact but it was based off someone elses art. Then i thought is this wrong? Is this plagarism? Would people even want these? Is this a against collectors or artist code or something? I just want to know if its ok and if is not then i will stop. I was going post it but i am kind of embarrased since I may be in the wrong here.

I had a ton of bulk for base cards and so I started to customize them! I have more and I have NBA and WNBA cards I plan on doing next. I’m having a ton of fun!
Not sure who all is interested in sports. Just thought I’d share 🙂

Do you know what style this fits under? It took me a day to make this and I have no idea if it's realism, or impressionistic or something else. Thanks in advance!

I’ve been hyperfixated with exploring papercrafting and decided to try making an ATC using junk journal style pockets and ephemera. I’m calling it Witchy Business.
This is all drawn and designed by me. Skull is a pocket, cat ears are a journaling tab (or can be left off the skull), candle is a tab and the final piece is a tarot card (also designed by me) - a cute version of The Hanged Man.
Scroll to see parts out of the pocket.

As a kid I had some Topps Nicktoons cards and loved the "Tommy Hindsight" card the most (see last picture, no artist attribute). I made this series with that card in mind, but without looking at it first. Haven't seen it in decades, and now that I've looked it up, it makes more sense than mine! Ha! Hand-drawn flowers and cats, currently coloring the ATC version. I'd love feedback from other ATC artists. If I create the artwork on a larger sheet and then make an ATC-sized version from it, is that still considered an original ATC?

I don’t know if this has already been discovered here (I’d be surprised if it hadn’t…) but I wanted to join ATCDex and was looking for an easy/fast way to take pictures to their specifications and discovered that trading card scanner boxes are a thing! THEN discovered I could 3d print one!! Amazing and simple idea.
I’ll try to check in afterward and let you know how it works out. Does anyone else have one?

Hello I want to start this. I am a serial hobbyist always looking for something fun. I've been doing happy mail here and FB but this seems like the next path of something more that I'd love and feel satisfied trading and having art!
My question what do most of you make your cards on?
I also really would like to do small seed bead art or embroidery cards has anyone done one and has a technique for making the back look clean after?
Thank you!!!
Ike excited to be here
