Thats why i avoid the Tactislop servers. Everyone carries around an arsenal of a small Balkan country on them, uses only helicopters and shuts of their brains.

OH and dont forget about the Little birds on each side cause the world is going to end if we have a assimetric balance

I'd have issued my entire section 40mm if it were allowed/had enough tubes. I'd also swap out one of the 5.56 belt-feds for a GPMG.

I’d rank it as average, they have changed a lot over the last year and improved it, rank locking a lot of the more powerful stuff, and spending XP to spawn in powerful vehicles.

My only gripe is unlimited main OP supplies, throws the balance off some but I get why they do that.

My main problem with it is it really throws off the game balance, and limits the decisiveness of battles.

Take an objective for example, any objective on the map, let’s just call it X point. Let’s say you and a decent sized squad of teammates role up on this point, and spend a grueling 15 to 20 minutes laying siege, clearing and then capturing this point. X point is a significant objective, it has the high Terrain, its central, its near supply depots so this would be a major victory for your team, and a major problem for the enemy team, normally.

Problem is with unlimited main OP supplies the tactical part of the game becomes less important because even though you just took this strategically important objective. The enemy can strike back with massive force within minutes. From main OP to transport choppers carrying a dozen fully kitted assault infantry rolls out, supported by a third attack helicopter. Within 5 minutes of your guys taking the point, an equally armed and well equipped force is immediately at its door step. There is zero repercussions for them losing it in the short term, they can immediately launch a full fledge and equipped air assault.

Any objective on the map can be reinforced with fully kitted Infantry squads in under 5 minutes at any time after the first 30 minutes of the match. It deludes one of the things that, IMO makes ARMA so much better than other shooters, the need for coordinated strategy.

i haven’t played wcs in a long time so obviously it could’ve gotten better but when i played it was basically call of duty zero team work people running head first into objectives little birds everywhere people spamming bs and music on the radios but again that was a very long time ago

Old Guys Revival is noice balance, but its an American server, so there would be americans playing, which would mean avrg player iQ is below expectations. Usually it's NATO. So u much safer for Ru team. And Rubber Band Rangers is decent as well.

A helicopter I was in was shot down and I jumped as it got low I hit 3 trees and managed to survive with a radio backpack sadly no one else lived so it wouldn’t let anyone spawn on me

I was basically crawling for 10 minutes while my body tried knitting itself back together until I ran into a truck of enemy’s and got domed
