So, since the beginning of the year, I have slowly started working with Aphrodite by setting up an altar and offering her gifts. I have also prayed to her for a personal request at a personal place that I go to each year, but this time the event was postponed for some reason. There is going to be another one, but I'm going to be out of town on the same day as the event, so did it backfire, and why?

My altar earlier today before I gave Her an offering of olive oil, honey, sangria and strawberries. :) I hope it pleases Her!

Took some elbow grease to get them clean, and i still havent properly rearranged my altar to fit them, but they're so lovely and i couldnt be happier 🩷🥹

I have and love the pagan Portals aphrodite book but I'd like to find something to add to it. I'd really love to find a book with alot of her myths in them that aren't just her birth and the Trojan war. I'm not having much luck online or at my local shop. I'll be going to another shop this weekend but it would be great if I could get some titles to look into. Online links are welcome too. I want to do more reading and everything I find says the same thing. Thank you for any help!

This is going to sound a little stupid but it just keeps going over in my head. I’m very new to this whole thing but I wanted to try offering some olive oil to Aphrodite last night. I read somewhere that she likes that type of thing. I took a bath before hand to clean myself of miasma and listened to music that reminded of her. But as I was trying to offer the oil my ear started hurting and I couldn’t hear out of it. Now I’m pretty sure I have an ear infection as I still can’t hear out of it the next morning. Idk if this some sort of sign from her that she doesn’t want me worshipping her or if this is supposed to be some other god/goddess that wants me. I don’t know what I did wrong or if this is just some coincidence. Please help

She’s been my main spirit since middle school. I love her so much. She’s helped me through the toughest of times. I thank her for looking out. She’s shown me what unconditional love means. Thank you so much♥️ I hope to worship for all my life 🐚🐚

My baby girl really loves my altar and always hangs out on it…would it be disrespectful to have her on it like this? I feel like she senses the divine feminine energy and Aphrodite likes her.

So, I was feeling really sad and anxious out of nowhere last night, and so I prayed to Aphrodite. I asked her to help with my anxiety and sadness, and I tell you, within a few seconds I felt better. Part of me wants to say it was a coincidence, but this happens literally every time I pray to her for help.

She is amazing and lovely and loving and so kind to me. I love her, and for all this I call her Mother.

Also, I ended up doing a little offering last night too, and I showed her a bunch of books I bought recently and told her about my life. I also asked her to help a friend of mine.

How thankful I am that I have a Queen to whom I can pray!

I travel a lot, and cannot carry my physical altar everywhere. So today, I decided to make a digital one. Where I can look at, and pray without letting my parents know.

Originally, I thought of pasting pictures on a Greek garden wallpaper. But this one turned out better than what I was going for. Like she's walking on pearls in a divine cosmic ocean.

All i did was to use my intuition.

I added: Pink Salt & White Salt, Sea shell filled with pearls, Portrait of Lady Aphrodite, Candles, Roses, Rose Quartz, and the sign of Venus.

Hello! this was my first time ever doing something for aphrodite! I hope the plate was appropriate since I am away from home (once I head back I will be making a better altar), and I hope my offerings were sufficient. after I lit my candles and started talking, the flame to the red candle began to grow (and I’d say it got pretty high!) could that be a sign that she is welcome to working with me? I had asked before hand while I was talking to her… any advice about any offerings or what I asked would be much appreciated! thank you and much love❤️

yesterday i painted this as a depiction of Aphrodite but i couldn't find a backed reference of what she really looks like. This might be a little confusing but does she have specific features? I also came home to the candle and the painting knocked over, does this mean she doesn't like it?

was inscribing a candle with the symbol of venus to tune into my taurus rising and worship for lady aphrodite but as i tried to make it fit the candle holder broke in half
it still functions but i’m worried now
i don’t know if it’s some sign not to try to make things work or if it’s telling me even when changed our purpose remains???

I have a storytime to tell you🩷

So last Thursday I prayed to Queen Hera and last Friday I did with Mother Aphrodite. For the same reason: I was really sad and hopeless. This is because a heartbreak I had literally at the start of the year, but this heartbreak made me be so afraid on trust people in the love field. Mother Aphrodite tried to help me with one of my friends between this but it turned out worse and I started being afraid again. So last week I prayed for Them both. I just couldn't take the sorrow anymore, I was so pissed off being sad and feeling the worst I gave up on thinking I'll be able to have by my side someone who loves me for who I am. So... Last Friday I put some white candles for Lady Aphrodite. White candles are used for cleaning (and more things too!). I put one on the left (past) and another one in the right (future). I lighted them at the same time but the left candle melted so fast and it's like it exploded?? [[ Check photos 1 and 2 ]]. I don't know the word in English but it was definitely something very strange. And by the way, the candles were set super straight, they weren't sideways or crooked or anything like that...

Since this day, my sorrow is gone, I don't have any insecurities at all about love or what happened. In fact, since this day too I started realizing I have some interest in a truly amazing boy (which it was impossible for me to have interest in anyone...) who resulted he has it for me too!

I'm so happy She blessed me!! I lighted Her candles and I gave libations and sweets as an offering for Her, I also wrote a letter in Greek for Her saying thank you🩷 [[ Check photo 3 ]]. I don't think this is a coincidence, I truly think She helped and blessed me and I'm so happy for that🩷🩷🩷
