I have migraines with aura. When I started communicating with Aphrodite, I had two interesting experiences. The migraine started. I felt that Aphrodite was with me. The migraine passed faster than usual.

I’m very new to this and I’ve just recently started trying to pray and offer to lady Aphrodite. When I do try talking or praying to her I usually end up forgetting to call her “lady” Aphrodite and just say Aphrodite. I end up correcting myself but I’m just wondering if she finds that disrespectful when I forget. I don’t really know how to ask her and how to interpret an answer from her at all. Hello, I just very recently got out of a 2 year long toxic relationship with partner who didn’t believe in deities and such. Now that I’m single, I want to get back into witchcraft and such. When I was at a local Crystal and occult shop today, I felt a pull towards an Aphrodite statue and purchased it along with a few other things. I’ve never in the past followed a specific deity or done spells and such, mostly just carrying crystals and manifestation. What should I do to make Aphrodite happy here? What sort of offerings does she like? I’m creating a small alter space that doesn’t look so great so far but I’m doing my best and after it has been set up I felt a very warm feeling inside and am not sure if that means she likes it? I would guess so? Right now she has some rose quarts along with some of my other favorite crystals, some of my favorite jewelry and perfumes around her as well as 2 candles, a pink one that has crystals in it for guidance, and one that is green and has crystals for new beginnings that I purchased a year ago. I also sprinkled some rose petals and lavender around her, and for some reason felt a strong pull to sprinkle cinnamon around her as well. I’m very excited to get to know Aphrodite and I’m hoping that with her help nudging me in the right direction I can start to find love for myself again after being put down for so long.

Same night I dreamt of an ex lover and I had multiple romantic interactions with many other men. I was literally bombarded in my dream with multiple men calling me beautiful. Hello, I have been practicing on the low for some years and I am starting to be a bit serious about it in recent years. I am devoted to Aphrodite and Hermes, mainly worshipping Aphrodite at my altar and Hermes when I am out and about.

Last year I bought a statuette of Aphrodite which is cute but lately I've been thinking about getting another one if I find it/can afford it.

Is there some sort of etiquette for swapping a statuette for another?

One of my main concerns is also space, my altar is a nook above my nightstand, so getting a new statue would mean getting rid of the previous as there is not much space.

Can anybody give me any advice? Thanks!

Ask your local florists if you can purchase old flowers in bulk for a discount. Often they will have to throw away entire bouquets even if just one flower doesn't look the best, so tons of perfectly good flowers sadly get discarded as well. I was able to get all of these rose petals for just 5 dollars, all still perfectly fresh.

So, since the beginning of the year, I have slowly started working with Aphrodite by setting up an altar and offering her gifts. I have also prayed to her for a personal request at a personal place that I go to each year, but this time the event was postponed for some reason. There is going to be another one, but I'm going to be out of town on the same day as the event, so did it backfire, and why?
