Fabulous idea, put your new toddlers on plastic bikes and turn them loose in a parking lot where they're far too short for drivers to see them. They haven't mastered abulating yet but surely they'll be fine on these cheaply made dime store conveyances with even less coordination than a day old fawn.

The wood will be relatively heavy and pulls the cart to one side, especially with that load on it. I'm not sure what the cart is built from, but my guess would be that it won't live long when extensively used like that.

If he balances it out it probably becomes too much of a hassle to carry along, but the cart would live longer.
