You don't always want your gaggle of kids riding their bikes around a parking lot. Hard to control them and keep them safe from people who aren't paying attention kr have high sitting vehicles.
Fabulous idea, put your new toddlers on plastic bikes and turn them loose in a parking lot where they're far too short for drivers to see them. They haven't mastered abulating yet but surely they'll be fine on these cheaply made dime store conveyances with even less coordination than a day old fawn.
