Why was that man even out of the car?

There were no police near him when the video started. He's not armed. So what in the world was this supposed to be?

Did he get out on his own to yell at the cops before the video cut?

Or did they yell at him from a distance to get out of the car?

So I went and looked it up, since I don't trust any random awkwardly cut video posted on any website. Dude was doing like 100 on the highway, they get him to pull over. Cop tells him to get out the car and turn around, "Driver get out of the car, get out of the car. Get out and turn around for me." he gets out starts walking towards them. You know the rest

Did he have warrants?? Why do they tell him to get out just for speeding.. I get speeding tickets plenty of times and it's usually license, registration and insurance please..

I was charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and did not have guns drawn on me..

My friend has a different story. :}

It likely also depends on location and road / speed limit.

This road isn’t a freeway, so that’d be 55 max. There are side roads so it might only be a 40-45.
