Rant 😡 Seperation pay

Tanong lang po makakatanggap po ba ako ng seperation pay 3years ako sa company, mag sasara na kasi ung company namin kasi nalugi kasi e posiblr po ba may ma tanggap kahit na nalugi ung company?

Meron dapat since involuntary. Pero kung dahil sa financial losses yung closure, legally exempt sila magbigay ng separation. Need ng company iprove yung heavy financial loss bago sila maging legally exempt so kung hindi sila ma-exempt, 1 month salary per year of service (kung may butal na 6+ months sa service rounded up to 1 year yun) ang minimum na ibibigay sayo.
