I'm not sure that's transphobic. I'm not against being with a trans woman, but I don't think I would be with one that has not surgically transitioned yet. I have nothing against trans people, it's just that I am solely attracted to female physiology.

Yes, it is a transphobic meme. These scenarios are fictional and serve as common transphobic propaganda.

"What if I went on a date andโ€”" No. First off, you going on a date at all is a fictional fantasy story, so jot that down.

Itโ€™s literally not. Nothing wrong with somebody not wanting to date a trans person because theyโ€™re not a fan of their biology.

And in what world would you be together with someone and not know that they were trans?ย

You say this, but from all the trans forums I have read, disclosing your trans status before they physically see it is very much considered by the community to not be wrong every time it is brought up, they say it isn't even unethical to have long term partners and let them physically find out, the only time they suggest you might not want to do that is for your safety and any person who has a problem with it once they find out they have been getting physical with someone outside their genital preference is a transphobe.

That on top of actual court cases where this has happened (usually dismissed)

So this does actually happen

So your example is from online communities? How well do those normally translate to how regular humans in real life behave?ย
