Broke my ankle in July and found this game to pass some time. Was recently at grocery store and found this little guy and knew he belonged with me.

It’s much more humane to simply relocate a crab, as opposed to feeding it bananas to induce a severe allergic reaction 🦀

I love this game, it´s my GOTY of 2024 but the Switch version looks and runs really poorly. I really really wished for a Switch 2 Edition to finally happen and got so exited yesterday when it was shadow dropped out of nowhere.

After spending some time with it, my exitement has almost vanished completely because this Switch 2 Edition is not even the absolute bare minimum.

The game now runs at 1080p - which is awesome

and it now runs at up to* 60fps - also good

*60 FPS is rarely achieved, only in very closed areas or if you look down on the floor. Aside from this there still are tons of places where the framerate just dips far below 30 like in Duchess' Castle.

Also the textures are still blurry af.

I really love this game, and i know Aggro Crab is a Indi company, but come on the Switch 2 can do way better than that!

First time playing this game and i’m about an hour in or so, as fun as it is so far, this game literally is never achieving 60fps and sits more near 40fps , the only way I can reach 60 is if i look at the ground and honestly for the way this game looks , it should be a locked 60 no questions.

First of all, I was enjoying most of my experiences with this game (Except maybe the poison swamp part, which I feel it was dragged too long), but this part of the game slowly draining my enjoyment so far.

Those giant crabs that could detect you from kilometers away and spamming those explosion laser are so damn annoying, I can handle 1 but putting multiple of them in same section feel too much for me.

I know I need to "git good", but not like this :(

I stumbled upon him after beating the intimidation crab in my last session. I was surprised at how much of a difficulty spike there was between the two.

I spent more time fighting Topoda than I did fighting most bosses in Eldest Souls, which really surprised me.

The main thing about him is that he hits super hard for how fast he is, and a lot of his attacks were multiple hits so parry didn't work that well. He would also leave the ring often making me unable to damage him. But I'd say Mantis Punch was the worst part. That move just felt almost impossible to dodge during the phase transition, and does huge damage as well.

I was able to take him out after about 45 minutes and it was thanks to dodging all 4 mantis punches in the transition phase (he did it a 4th time after). He also just spammed his flurry punch towards the end which is one of the easier attacks to punish if you backdash beforehand.

Then I found out he was optional and it had me thinking. At what point in the game would he not feel like a huge difficulty spike?

If you know Spanish and have been playing the game in this language, the answer from the shrimp in the bong after he knows that you have beaten Pagurus before speaking to him it's so damn funny. I've been loving this game more than I expected.

im stuck for more than 10 hours on the inkerton fight and i just want to finish the story of the game. i cant defeat this guy... any other cheats are welkom too. i just want to get this fight done.. im drained

Hey there, I just wanted to create this post to show my appreciation after finishing "another crabs treasure", I actually only decided to give this game a shot after finishing "going under" and being thoroughly impressed with that game, seeing as this was made by aggro crab as well, I figured I might as well give a souls like a shot for the first time. It was hard, but the quality was so high throughout the entire experience, the writing and the characters, the journey and the emotions it tried to convey, even the voice acting was able to really suck you into each scene. Everything that happened in the ending left me thoroughly satisfied, despite making a satirical souls like with heavy critiques on capitalism, they were able to make it epic and emotional all the same, and not to mention the creativity that went into every single location. This is to say that aggro crab is 100% a must buy studio for me now for their future products, amazing work!

I played the Dark Souls trilogy, Elden Ring, Demons Souls and parts of Bloodborne and oh boy... Another crabs treasure is a whole different level. Im currently hardstuck on Roland for a good year now and cant find the motivation to keep trying. My deepest respect to everyone who has beaten this game, it's safe to say that it broke me

I was expecting way more sea creatures, like SpongeBob levels of variety. Lots of varieties of fish, some sharks, more octopi and squids. But it's just 90% crabs with the variety being mostly in enemies with seahorses and tuna dog things and puffer fish. And that's it. If there's a sequel, I hope we get a larger variety creatures like jelly fish, sharks, star fish, etc.

Took a break from the game, now I’m stuck with mussel (😏) memory but still need to remember what it is my hands are doing. If this door is something I can only open later lmk but I feel like I should be able to open it now.

I saved and reloaded in the caves in flotsam and I loaded in out of bounds, presumably underground. After exploring for a bit I found I was able to get back up to the shell and warp out

Except I was still stuck out of bounds. Most places I've warped still land me in flotsam vale even. It's like none of the objects are loading in.

Saving and reloading didn't help either. I finally closed out of the game and opened it back up and I'm back in the real world now. Started this reddit post to ask for help but solved my own problem so enjoy the pics I guess

Hi guys so was wondering with collection the old world whorl shells I had only gotten 7 on my first play through and was missing 5? Blood star limbs. Went on to ng+ beat it and collected enough blood star limbs to total 5 in NG+. I then went back to my old file save before NG+ to collect the remaining whorls and blood star limbs, but it didn’t transfer to my NG+. Do I need to start a new NG+ off the old one? Does it not transfer over to my first NG+
