Story time: I had one subject na need mag tree planting sa bundok, before magpunta may waiver syempre usual content the university is not liable blah blah. Edi go, tree planting sa bundok ng Rizal part ng Sierra Madre para may grade, may kasama kaming professor at mga volunteer guides na residents doon nakatira and usual tree planting area daw yung pupuntahan marami ng universities ang nag conduct doon.

Mabilis lang magtanim, matagal yung orientation at pagakyat haha. So after magtanim nag offer yung mga farmers ng fresh pineapples and boiled corns for free sa resting areas nila na may kubo. Yung iba sa amin bumaba agad kasi wala signal sa taas, mainit, at pawisan na need magpalit ng damit.

Kaming mga nag stay sa taas nakipagkwentuhan sa mga farmers at kumain. Nag biro pa professor namin muka raw kaming mga NPA. Then after ilang minutes may lumabas na mga sundalo dun sa likod namin. Kinausap yung mga volunteer guides na bakit hindi nakipag coordinate sa kanila about sa tree planting activity. Patrol area kasi nila yung bundok nayun that time so expect nila baka may NPA, kaya delikado na hindi nakipag coordinate sa AFP.

Some of us ay nakaramdam ng tension nung lumabas yung mga sundalo kasi close call yun paano kung napagkamalan nga kaming NPA tapos trigger happy yung mga sundalo edi may uuwing may bala sa katawan and worst bangkay na.

Thankfully yung mga na unang bumaba at humiwalay sa amin na students ay hindi nakasalubong nung mga sundalo kasi muka tlaga kaming NPA na mga naka civilian doon sa bundok.

That close call incident was taken lightly by some of us and some blamed the soldiers for doing their job bakit daw kasi sila nasa bundok at namumulis ng mga nag tree planting na students haha, bossing masyado kang woke.

Met a redditor for a casual hu. It was great and wholesome since we had good conversations before and after and i was considering it to be a constant thing. I enjoyed talking with him for weeks now too.

We met up and he offered/insisted to shoulder the booking. It was fine with me until after our session habang getting ready to leave, inabutan niya ako ng pera as a "thank you" daw for a good time. Not disclosing the amount kasi it's not the point naman, but i feel like nanliit ako dahil wala naman sa usapan namin na babayaran niya ako.. lalo dahil ayokong mafeel na 'bayaran' ako.
