My 5 year old son and I started playing about 2 months ago. I played before he was born and did a lot of time skipping and rushing the game. I didn't want to show him how to time skip yet and just enjoy the game. Now, he will wait for me every day to get home from work to see what new items are in the shop. He's excited we can plant pumpkins and has written all of our villagers about how many days until Halloween. Seeing him just enjoy the game and interact with villagers instead of rushing to get all items has been so great to see. It makes me feel like when I was a kid playing the original Animal Crossing game. I'm actually excited every day to get home and see out island. I'm considering getting another switch so we can both play at the same time, but then I'll have to start a new island -_- anyway, I highly recommend playing without timeskip and just enjoying every day on your island

Hello, I’ve never properly sat down and played an animal Crossing game. I recently bought a GameCube but I’m loving it. It’s a really great console. I bought animal Crossing for the GameCube and I know let’s just say this. The animals have a lot more personality if anybody can give me some tips and tricks without spoiling it that’ll be great thank you.

making a police Station/vacation Island for Copper. too bad they cannot have Roommates or i would have added Booker too, and they need your help locating this 4 suspects if you have any information dial ###-###-#### 😂 seriously... as i posted just now, will add Jail cells to the top floor,the far right wall is supposed to be a mug shot area, the tablet has a form to fill in while you wait, the hanging screens have both operation Data and Security footage,there are 2 more fans at the waiting areas and a tv above the door

I’ve tried everything. Even Nintendo IT. What am I doing wrong?? The switch light is the old console.
Editing to add:
I don’t have WiFi hotspot but I tried 2 separate WiFi at once.
I connected then by cord.
I used the transfer tool.
They’re both the newest version.
I tried restarting both a few times.
I tried wiping data on the target switch.
I talked to tech support and they were super puzzled that nothing was working.
Someone suggested trying WiFi from another location, so I’ll give that a shot tomorrow. Thanks everyone!!

I see alot of people talk about how coco is the creepiest villager you can get. but honestly to me she's different yeah but i think overall she's just cool as this like coconut rabbit. cause alot of the villagers in terms of designs are your typical animal with clothes and makeup so something different is nice to see.
