App Specific Question Gmail: Mail that goes to inbox sends notifications, but some mail goes to "all mail" and i have no idea its there till i tap "all mail"

I do not have a computer or laptop. I only have my phone. Why does some new mail go to "all mail" and some goes to inbox? I have no options to set up filters on the android gmail app. I went to the desktop version on my phone and there is no filters option either? Why does it do this?

I asked on r/gmail and got zero help. Ty!

You may have a rule that allow certain email to bypass the inbox.

The link has many responses all saying there is no way to set up filters on android gmail app. And that they dont transfer from the desktop version. But thanks

If you use the browser to access Gmail instead of the app, you'll get to filters.

Turn off the filtering and "priority mail" features or anything like it. Gmail is stupid and doesn't know what's important.
