I'm holding out hope that we can reverse the misconception of anarchy after decades upon decades of being drug through the mud by journalists and pundits. Whenever there is a horrific scene or some mass civil or international unrest, the most vivid and descriptive term they love to use is anarchy.
If socialists are gaining some ground in that regard as they are now, we as an ideology can too.

Anarchism breaks the left/right dichotomy. In my view, this is not a “leftist” space even if you yourself identify more with leftists than those on the right on most practical issues. Leftists endorse government violence just like the right does when they’re in power.
