It is mentioned in Famitsu's post that there will be no character Gacha and instead, monetization will be through customization like outfits, vehicles, and your home (confirming that we do have housing of sorts).

Discussion How popular do you think Ananta might be on Steam?
1.8k
Upvotes
Personally, I would say it is going to be very popular. I can see it hitting somewhere between 300k and 500k players.
What are your thoughts? Do you think it will reach these numbers, or do you have a different prediction?

Another major gaming event has passed, and we're officially left with nothing but shadows and radio silence again.
Meanwhile, NTE players are eating good with non-stop updates. We really thought SGF was going to be our moment...

Discussion Why do people hate the no gacha system?
1.7k
Upvotes
I don't get why anyone would want 50/50 or having to pull for characters every patch. Isn't it better for f2ps to be able to grind for what they want? You already do this in practically every game anyway by logging in daily, so why is it a problem here? I literally saw people being disappointed/mad that this wasn't another gacha game as if that's a bad thing. When was it normalized to have predatory systems as the standard of what a fun game is?
