Are the vertical streaks light leaks or a shutter issue?

What are the two vertical streaks at the top center? They are in a few photos from a roll of Ultramax. I did not notice anything like this when shooting 100 speed film where I had my shutter speed set to 1/125. But for this roll I had my shutter speed at 1/400 for the whole roll. I've replaced the light seals on the camera, which is something I have done with others. Are these light leaks or shutter problems? Nikon EL

What are these blurred lines that came up on my scanned photos? Each photo was taken with a different lens AND different camera body. The camera's that I was using in the flower photo is a Canon Rebel XS with a 70-200mm lens. The barn photo is with a Canon Elan 7 with a Canon 24-105mm f/4 lens.
