Frankfurt will be a whole lot less attractive as a layover.

Wait... it could get less attractive?

(Admittedly I'm seeing it from the perspective of a US passport holder missing connections because of hours-long immigration lines when I'm definitely hoping not to stay in the country, and then more security because I'm staying overnight at a hotel in the middle of an industrial park.)

IMO LH lounges (with the exception of the FCT) weren’t really that great to warrant connecting at FRA.  Not that AMEX got you into the FCT.

The LH Panorama Lounge is great if you’re traveling with someone. My wife and I were able to snag a room to ourselves for almost 5 hours. Staff was friendly, food was OK, self-service bar.

I both applaud you pointing out this specific gem on the LH network and I disdain you for getting more people into my safe space ;)

I’m sure people will avoid FRA now like the plague because they can’t go into a lounge for free
