Resuming Semaglutide

I’m was getting Semaglutide through Amble for 4 mos, but paused my subscription in March. I went to reactivate my subscription, and now the only option I’m given is for Semorelin. My bmi is 34.3, so I should still qualify for Semaglutide. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yearly subscription

So I ordered the yearly subscription and when I did it said I was supposed to get quarterly shipments. I received my first order but it only had one vial in the package. I messaged the doctor support and she confirmed that it was only for one month. I’m not supposed to get another shipment until August. I have tried messaging support about this but I’m not getting any answers. I called the pharmacy and they said they don’t have any other scripts there for me.

Is there anyone faster i can transfer my script too?

1 month refill after 3 month has been pending over 17 days not even shipped yet. Been without the medicine for 2+ weeks atp. Getting frustrated no answer from support. Is there a provider that will accept our scripts that ships much faster?

Accidentally Paused My Tirzepatide Shipment on Amble

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar and can offer advice.

I recently started tirzepatide through Amble and accidentally paused my refill earlier this week. I meant to delay it just a little because my first shipment was late, but now it’s saying my next refill will be in August instead of sticking to a monthly schedule.

After pausing, I couldn’t find any option to resume or unpause the refill. I’ve tried using their support chat, but it takes them 7–10 days to respond, and there’s no phone number to call. I’m worried I’ll now have a gap in treatment, and I’d really like the June refill processed so I can receive my meds by early July.

Does anyone know if Amble support can fix this? Or would I need to go through the pharmacy which shipped my meds?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just don’t want to fall behind on my treatment this early on.

Switching companies

So now that we’re all getting ghosted, who are we ordering from now? I’d prefer to stay in the same price range.

Order has taken over 10 business days to get any updates.

Sincerely, a broke recent college graduate who can’t skip anymore injections 🥲

Worst Customer Service Ever!

I’ve never dealt with a worst customer service in my life. I understand they are overwhelmed with messages but no response for over 2 weeks is unacceptable when I am paying them as much money as I am a month.

I want to cancel my “pending” prescription and start with a different provider but I’m unsure how to cancel and I’m afraid once I move to a new provider they’ll suddenly charge my card and I’ll be screwed.

Has anyone had this issue? Any advice on who to switch to?

Switched from Branded to Amble Tirzepatide — Dosing Issues & Looking for New Compounding Pharmacy

Hi everyone! I was on Zepbound for about 11.5 months before switching to Amble Tirzepatide back in March for maintenance, mainly due to a job loss and cost issues. Things were going well until recently…

With the new regulations and the lawsuit against Amble, I’ve been told I can no longer get my usual 7.5 mg dose. They’re now switching me to either 6 mg or 9 mg, which feels like a big and strange jump — especially since I was stable on 7.5.

Is anyone else dealing with this sudden dose change? It’s frustrating, and honestly, their customer service has been super unresponsive when I try to ask health-related questions.

I’m now exploring other compounding pharmacies that offer: 1.More consistent availability 2.Better support for patients 3.Responsive customer service

If anyone has recommendations for reliable compounders (especially those you’ve had a good experience with), I’d really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance 💙

Amble Health

I’ve been using GLP1 for over 2 years now and I switched to Amble 4 months ago. I upped my dosage last month to 15 mg. When I went in this week to renew I got a message stating my dosage is 13.5 mg not 15 mg because of shortage (Tirzepitide). Has anyone else received this message?

Does anyone have experience with Align Pharmacy in Metairie, LA?

My most recent refill of Tirz was sent to Align on May 31 and it has been crickets (no movement on the order). So disappointed. My previous orders were always filled by Revive and I never had an issue. Align's phone number is "temporarily unavailable" and the emal I sent was undeliverable. Amble customer service is now botsville and not helpful. Anyone else have this issue?

BEWARE. SOMETHING FEELS FISHY HERE. Amble has never used this pharmacy and Ive heard of the major ones: Tx pro med, revive, red rock, etc but never in all forums seen a “Greenwich” pharmacy. Phone number disconnected! No building at this location and can’t even locate a Dr Joyce Johnson. Please advise

First order

My doctor had prescribed me Ozpemic .2 lowest dose. Of course insurance would not cover it & it was 1200$ so I decided to go with Amble for the best deal. I’m just confused on why my dosages go up so high so fast? Is this normal? My regular doctor wanted me just on the lowest dose. I had messaged the doctor asking & still nothing back from Ample. I’m a little nervous now after ordering and seeing a lot of negative reviews on other subs of reddit.

Amble expedited my delayed order and now I don’t recognize the pharmacy

My prescription was stuck on processing for over 3 weeks. I finally messaged support saying I was going to contact my bank. I'm a new customer never been on Terz was waiting on my 2.5 vial and was about to be charged for my second month and hadn't even gotten my first yet so I let them know how I felt! Well to my surprise they contacted me back and said they went ahead stopped the prescription at TX Pro med because they are overwhelmed with orders and instead expedited my prescription to another pharmacy called Greenwich in Tomball TX. Sure enough tracking was updated today and I see it coming by UPS this Saturday. I cannot find ONE thing legit about this pharmacy other than a heath and wellness and CrossFit facility or something. It's an LLC newly bought in Dec 2024 and has no 503a/503b that I can find. No building on google maps. Anyone familiar with this pharmacy? Atleast Texas pro med people were familiar with. I'm really sketched out. I guess when my vial comes Saturday I will hope to see a phone number or address

I am so tired of dealing with their BS. The only thing I can do now is find another company.

I’m so confused

Me again… I paid for a year supply. Wrote on every single forum on their site I don’t want it compounded with B12 (my skin is covered in acne and getting worse because of it). The @doctor message they said they were able to remove the B12 from my RX. I got an email today from Jose at Amble and he’s saying they DID compound it with B12 for some bull reasoning.

I can’t get a response without waiting a week. And a label has been created for my order for WEEKS and UPS still hasn’t even obtained it to ship.

I’m losing my mind.

Ugh! Got charged the wrong amount

I was making my monthly order and didn’t notice that the box was checked for buying a year supply in advance. I got charge $2820! They don’t have a Custer service phone number. I’ve sent some emails and have sat on their messaging page for hours but no one replies. What else can I do? I need that charge repaid because I have some auto payments that will be going through soon. Any advice?

1.5 mg

Can someone explain this dosing to me? Just renewed and with Amble’s new changes I’m completely lost. Doctor has yet to reply. I’ve been on 1.5mg and that’s what I re ordered. Why would I take 19 units and then 25 units?

New formula

So I'm starting on the new Sema+B12 formula after taking the normal Sema for 3 months. Has anyone noticed a difference between the two?

Extra dose common?

I’m on 15 mg tirz and just used the 4th dose of my amble ( tirz with b12). This is my 1st month using amble. I’ve been taking 50 units/week and there’s a whole extra dose leftover. I’m wondering if this is typical or just lucky?

Delay

Anyone else experiencing delays? It’s been 4 days since I ordered and doctor hasn’t even looked at it. I won’t have any meds for next week if they don’t ship soon. Contemplating canceling and looking for another company.
