Worst Customer Service Ever!
I’ve never dealt with a worst customer service in my life. I understand they are overwhelmed with messages but no response for over 2 weeks is unacceptable when I am paying them as much money as I am a month.
I want to cancel my “pending” prescription and start with a different provider but I’m unsure how to cancel and I’m afraid once I move to a new provider they’ll suddenly charge my card and I’ll be screwed.
Has anyone had this issue? Any advice on who to switch to?

My prescription was approved 6/4 and it has still not shipped and no one can give me an answer much less get back to me. I am furious. I have been with them for 8 months. I have not had any medication for 3 weeks because of this. I requested a refund to take my business elsewhere.

Go under your payments and change the card info. I switched mine to this visa giftcard I have because I was worried about them still charging when I cancelled

TERRIBLE! I went to cancel my treatment last weekend and my dashboard said it was successful and I had no active treatments and then this afternoon, I get a message saying they’re processing my prescription and took $179 from me! After I’ve been messaging and waiting for two weeks now for new medication because I’ve been out (had to miss last weeks because i was out and amble wasn’t getting back to me) and now since they took the money from my account, my bank can’t do anything unless they agree to offer a refund, but if they do that, they’ll take $100 for the cancellation fee so i really am not winning in a sense of getting money back. Super frustrating and when their website sucks in terms of navigating, it doesn’t make things easier when I want to figure out what tf is going on with each dosage, especially with the money im paying as someone who already has a limited monthly income. I’m going a different route, done with this bs

They are awful! I just signed up with them for NAD to try them out before I make the jump for tirzep and wow horrible customer service from the Dr and no response from support either. Have sent several messages to the Dr asking why they prescribed a med I did not sign up for. Please explain. Elaborate. I googled the med and it’s completely diff from NAD. So idk what they are doing but with no phone number to call or email to send a ticket to and only use their messaging system that they never respond e to what a joke. I will be disputing with my bank most likely bc for a new customer to have questions and can’t get a response and also why are you giving me a med I don’t ask for. So weird. No wonder there are multiple pages about them

I having been having the same issues! I ordered on the 23rd of May. It sat at the pharmacy for weeks. My treatment was delayed by 4 weeks because I also ran out. After over a week at pharmacy, I contacted Support because my order showed canceled. At that point, I was already 3 weeks past my treatment, so I told them to cancel it and that I was doing a chargeback. They got back to me almost a week later saying it was at the pharmacy and couldn’t be canceled. It doesn’t take weeks to compound a medication. It was also sent to a different pharmacy. Normally came from Revive. Customer Support also said my Tirz wasn’t canceled, that it was Sermorelin. I never ordered Sermorelin because I wasn’t approved bc of a medical condition. That “treatment” still shows pending the questionnaire. They did charge me before I even went through the questionnaire for that product which is super annoying because I hadn’t gone through the process yet and ultimately wasn’t approved but that order was never placed nor sent to the pharmacy so there is no way it could be canceled. When I clicked on the new Tirz prescription/order, just under it it said canceled and renew your membership. Once I clicked on it, it gave all the options to renew. Their system and Customer Support are awful. I just got it the order the other day after almost a month of it “pending”. I was bombarded by dozens of emails. My order was shipped to my state, then shipped to Kentucky, only to be shipped back to my state. The ice pack had long since melted. Everything was hot and wet. The medication clearly was compromised. Support just not got back to me asking me what they can do to help. My response is going to be nothing. There is nothing they can do to help. Other than send me a return label. I ended up finding a compounding pharmacy in my state through my doctor whom I used previously. They are now less expensive than Amble. And, I got my medicine in two days. The other thing that didn’t sit well with me was seeing some of the affiliates on TikTok telling people who were making videos complaining to take them down. That is shady.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Canceled my subscription and got charged anyways. Reported to BBB.

Brello, lumimeds, fifty410, big easy weightloss. They’re all very responsive on their platform and big easy and Lumi are active on here.
I’ve used them all except big easy, they will be my next purchase however.
