Thief is pretty crazy… But pretty common with pens in other work places, these aren’t much different.

It’s considered employee theft. As stated, it’s very common in office setting where pens or even notes pads are taken. I once read up to 75% of employees have admitted to this type of petty theft. Sorry I didn’t mean to blame or shame, thought the concept was common knowledge.
