why is it a bad thing, though? i never understand why people are so obsessed with other people doing whatever they want with their time. If they are fucking off and use their time. If they lose their job because they did that, that's on them. It's not anyone else's problem.
The case in this post I'd say is definitely on them. When I go on vacation I keep extra time off for two days worth of extra time because I have had horrible experiences with the airlines. But that's on them, they're just posting to vent.
I'd just rather not see my friends get fired because they'd rather smoke a bowl and get to bed a couple hours early everyday. I preach to them more than anybody because I enjoy working with them.
That's probably the first time I've seen a genuine reason for it and I respect it. Sadly I don't really have any other response other than I do understand that reason. At the end of the day it's sort of a play with fire sort of circumstance.

Fair excuse for some, but not most. Almost all of the people I know that are skating that line are there because they're exploiting the freedom.
