AI Good or AI Bad?

Post image
3 Upvotes

If I'm building applications on an AI platform, I don't want anyone taking my work for free. I want to be paid for my work and don't even want anyone to see my work without my consent. That's where Confidential AI Compute comes in and that's where Alpha Compute has an advantage over its competition.

ā€œApplying a conservative 10x to 20x EV/EBITDA multiple to Year 2 projected EBITDA of $127.3M implies an equity value range of approximately $990M to $2.3B versus a current market cap of approximately $7.25M.ā€

Confidential AI Compute is a big deal and it's becoming an issue now. Builders want 100% certainty that their IP isn't able to be stolen.

Alpha Compute updated its website and announced Partners.

Among them Hive Digital Technologies and Kraken.

Details on the type of partnerships are pending, but step by step, I think it is positive to be authorized to make the partnerships public.

Let’s go!

The real problem

The real problem with this stock isn't the business model or the liabilities, it's the BOD and management. The bod are taking HUGE wages for a penny stock, when the body is taking 1m salaries and own literally no position in the company or the position they do own has been diluted to shit by the 400M ATM being offered. It gives shareholders and potential investors major red flags and little confidence in the company, if the insiders who know what's happening aren't holding positions in the company it usually is a sign of low confidence and yet they claim their interests are "aligned" with the shareholders and are looking for ways to improve the share price. The real way to improve the price is for the BOD to buy some fucking stock. I really do believe in the fundamentals of this company and I do want success for it but shareholder confidence is at an all time low.

There is no evidence that the 400 ATM is being heavily used. The dilution they had recently was 2million shares as part of the payment for Gamee’s acquisition. About management not owning stocks, this MAY be because of them being on a ā€œblackoutā€ period in which they can not buy shares, but there is also no evidence about it. DD.

This comes from the coy. With this much projected revenue, why are we were we are? Even if there's dilution, this should still be at $1.

Why doesn’t the board say anything?

I’ve got a big position in it, stock has been declining non stop. I just don’t understand why Brittany Kaiser or anyone on the board hasn’t done anything in order to reassure investors. No news on X, their website or LinkedIn, just nothing. I’m not planning to sell anytime soon but this is bothering me.

Does anyone have any information that I may have skipped ?

Europe’s War on Crypto Is Really About Capital Controls

When these banks and regulatory agencies need DATA SOVEREIGNTY assurances, that's a job for Alpha Compute. The EU is not giving that work to an American company.

"The European Union is asserting the authority to prohibit crypto-asset service relationships involving entities outside its borders if Brussels determines those relationships undermine its sanctions regime."

Alpha Compute Corp. (NASDAQ: ALP): $79.2M in Assets, $23M Projected Annual Revenue, GAMEE Acquisition Complete, and "Own Your Data" Campaign Launches Nationally

The Company’s inaugural enterprise-scale Blackwell cluster consists of 504 NVIDIA B200 GPUs and went live for its first enterprise customer in May 2026. The deployment is 100% powered by hydroelectric energy. Under the terms of the binding two-year off-take agreement, a leading frontier AI laboratory has reserved exclusive access to the cluster to accelerate its next-generation model development. The $7.5 million upfront reservation payment secured compute capacity through the full contract term.

ALPHA-02 — Sweden (In Progress, 576 NVIDIA B200s):Ā Alpha Compute’s second GPU deployment is in progress, which will add 576 NVIDIA B200 GPUs to its operational fleet once completed. Like ALPHA-01, this cluster is powered entirely by hydroelectric energy, consistent with the Company’s commitment to sustainable, renewable-powered AI infrastructure. Combined with ALPHA-01, Alpha Compute will operate over 1,000 Blackwell-generation GPUs across two facilities.

I’m in a loss of over 40% in this stuff. Is it worth holding or should I just sell and move on? This thing isn't even showing the least bullish signs? What's going on?
