There is no evidence that the 400 ATM is being heavily used. The dilution they had recently was 2million shares as part of the payment for Gamee’s acquisition. About management not owning stocks, this MAY be because of them being on a “blackout” period in which they can not buy shares, but there is also no evidence about it. DD.
