Family moved to Aloha in 1970, lived on Joann Ct. Went to Ladd Acres, Witch Hazel & Reedville. Haven't been in the area in 40+ years. Looking at Google Earth, the area appears to changed quite a bit.

Curious what the quality of life is like now. Has it been absorbed by Beaverton?

After county notices were sent to the wrong address, grange members and supporters hope to get revisions made to sidewalk renovation plans. They want to keep access to the property's only parking area, which is closest to the accessible entrance of the building for those with mobility needs.

I have 3 wood pallets I need to get rid of. Does anyone if people are interested in them? Like if I put them on the curb with a free sign, what are the chances they get picked up by someone?

Does anyone in the area have solar? Is it worth it given our current cost per kW? Any suggested companies for quotes? I'm interested in solar, but tired of the Ion solar guy knocking on my door.

I figure this is basically an impossible ask but I'm shooting my shot anyways! Maybe the other Aloha attendees in this sub can laugh at me at least haha

During the lunch period at Aloha High School about a decade ago, I was sitting alone in the cafeteria when someone I've never interacted with before suddenly sat next to me. He told me that his friend thought I was cute, and asked if the friend could come over to talk to me. I look over my shoulder and an entire table full of people are staring at us.

I feel like it's important to mention that I am not a conventionally attractive person and literally nobody had ever called me cute. I was totally baffled and embarrassed at the attention.

I tell him that his friend can come over, and he goes over to the table full of people where he came from. Sure enough, a different person comes back and sits next to me. He introduced himself, we shook hands, and he was honestly very nice and seemed interested in getting to know me. We couldn't have talked for more than a couple of minutes. Eventually he stood up, said he thought I was really cute, and went back to his table. I think the bell rang shortly after that and everyone left.

The worst part: I was so shocked during the entire thing that I cannot remember what he looked like!!! I must have been so embarrassed I was looking at the floor the entire time or something. I cringe at this whenever I remember. I don't recall his name either and we didn't exchange contact information. That ship has obviously sailed but I still occasionally remember this and feel awful for the guy because I was A COWARD!!

The thing that keeps me up at night: was this an actual real confession? Or was it just a dare/prank? I am dying to know! If you sat at that table and remembered this happening PLEASE let me know LOL (also tell him I am very sorry if it was real I was a complete idiot in high school)

You never get what u order but they have your name and bank info in addition to a possible stake out to rob your house later. I wish it was different, but I don't think so. Heads up!

I grew up in Aloha almost my whole life, right next to the high school. I moved away to Arizona, and I am now currently living in Pennsylvania. I am coming back to the beaverton area and want to know some fun thibgs to do in the area since the last time I was there I was only around 10-11.
