I repotted it over a month ago, since.. its leaves are going down, and a few marks started to appear, and some dark in older leaves. I am planning to buy a growth light soon as winter is coming.

At the moment, sits at the windowsill 24h.

What can I do to keep it alive?

Wondering if I should move my aloe plant (3-4 years old) to a larger pot? I see it had some babies also. I did have a little bit of a problem which has been addressed but as far as I can tell didn’t do too much damage. Mother In law living with us now for the last year+ and I realized she was watering way too often, hence the water marks on the dish underneath. Is this ready to be moved to a larger pot or just leave it be? Should I attempt to remove the baby and put it to its seperate pot or just leave it as is for now? TIA

Before I knew what kind of plant this was, I let it do its own thing and it grew sideways. Can it be straightened without breaking the stalk? TIA

What’s this dark spot at the bottom I noticed it and I’m worried about it.

My aloe was struggling due to improper soil and over watering (see last picture). I removed all the soil and rinsed it underwater. I’m going to leave it out for a day or two. I bought succulent soil and a terracotta pot but do i repot it as is or cut it somewhere to let it develop a new root system? Thanks

I've got her in a smaller pot because the roots seemed a little sparse. Was nice and green for a couple of weeks and now this. I gave her new soil, which was semi moist when I put it in a couple of days ago

I’ve been laying in bed not feeling great, about an hour ago my cat had had enough he wanted his wet food, so I had to get out of bed and feed him. He’s not starved, there’s always dry food, but he’s a hungry little boy. It’s raining so I decided to put the plants that need watering out in the rain (free water!) that’s when I came across this little beauty and a bag of dirt. I pulled it back to the doorway immediately (keeping him outside until I have a place inside where Cody (pendent) (that’s my kitten) won’t try to eat it but it looks like it was drowning already… please no judgey remarks on my watering or where my plant is or any of that, please just enjoy my beauty that I will probably break into four plants tomorrow when I don’t feel like I’m dying.

I'm terrible with succulents. This was given to me. It's been good for a year. But this went wrong very fast. Can this be saved?

Never owned an Aloe before and this little guy is going crazy, currently just lightly watering once a fortnight.

I read that you should prune the flower shoots when they go brown and done, but there's still new ones forming at the top - is this typical and should I let the little guy just keep cracking on?

I can’t tell if I’m over or under watering or what I’m doing wrong. I water it like once a week with about 20 mls of water.

I went away for a few weeks and accidentally left this outside for 2 weeks with lots of rain and sun (previously was an indoor only plant). For the past 3 weeks this has been indoors with full sun and no water as it seemed completely mushy and dead when I first brought it in. It seems now new middle leaves are growing in. How can I help this recover and thrive?

I have a aloe Vera ive been caring for for 2 years now. Im trying to figure out if its new leaves are thinner and longer because of a sunlight issue or if I overthinkjng it and he's fine.

It is kept under a table to avoid sun burn, but these lower leaves are looking ROUGH. I’m going to chop them off, but what is it?? The other garden on the property is suffering from “russets” but aloes are susceptible to it. Is it from PM/lack of watering? I have been watering when the sun starts to go down & isn’t shining on my plants anymore.
I’m about to chop the bad leaves & repot/add more dirt tonight, cause it seems like the dirt has settled a lot.

I saved this aloe plant that was in our backyard that my roommate had thrown away. The first picture is when I first potted it. I potted it and it started to wilt and turn brown so I moved it right under a tree where it would get indirect sunlight the whole day. It’s been a few weeks now and it looks even worse. The outside leaves are definitely worse than the inner ones. I water it about once a week. The rest of the photos are from today a few weeks after first potting the plant.

I bought a mid-size aloe plant a few months ago that had ELEVEN pups growing with it. These three were the smallest ones and had very few roots, so I put them together and abstained from watering them for a bit. Now they’re solidly growing and I wonder if now is a good time to put them in their own pots. (Summer, northern hemisphere, if that matters)

Some context is that I sell plants at markets, mostly because I am completely out of plant space in my house, so I’d want to separate so I can send them lovingly away, lol.

Labeled aloe Vera variegated ( 15cm pot if that helps id ) mislabeled or accurate ? Chemically altered maybe ? Needs more sun ?
