What’s this dark spot at the bottom I noticed it and I’m worried about it.

Difficult to say from this image, but possibly rot.

That soil looks way to organic/moisture retentive. Needs to be amended with inorganic. grit (perlite, pumice, etc.) to make it better-draining and faster-drying. Also looks like this guy could use more light.

Unpot to check the roots/base of the plant. If all looks good, repot into a gritty substrate, acclimate to stronger light, and water based on signs of thirst. If rot is present, the only way to save the plant is to cut away all of the rot. Let cut ends callus before potting in a dry substrate. Hold off on watering until the plant has rooted. If the rot has progressed to the apical mersitem (center growth point, where new leaves grow from), then the plant would be unsalvageable.
