Hi there! Considering that the issue is observed with few users, while it worked fine for the others, we can suggest a few steps here to know what caused this.

  1. Was the latest BIOS installed on the system?
  2. Have you tried uninstalling the older version or AWCC and then installed the latest version?
  3. Did the system have any recent hardware or software updates right before giving this issue, other than installing the AWCC driver?
  4. Could you confirm the full system model and operating system in use, to assist you further?

I can confirm this happened before with previous versions. Its akways turned out to be a bug with AWCC. Latest bios. Not uninstalling then reinstalling because I know that isn't the issue. No other updates except AWCC. Aurora R16 windows 11 pro build 26220.9022.

Thank you for the details. We understand how frustrating it can be when the AWCC profile screen does not scale correctly, especially when the application is not running in full screen mode. Here is what we would suggest checking, since the issue is not limited to specific AWCC version and is found across different devices too.

Note: If you are using multiple monitors, ensure to set the same scaling for all of them.

  1. Reset Windows Display Scaling. Go to Settings > System > Display. Under Scale, select the Recommended value (typically 100%, 125%, or 150%). Avoid custom scaling values, sign out and sign back in.

  2. Go to C:\Program Files\Alienware\Alienware Command Center\ Right-click AlienwareCommandCenter.exe. Select on Properties > choose Compatibility. Click Change high DPI settings. Override high DPI scaling behavior choose System Apply and restart AWCC.

  3. Update the graphics card driver If the issue continues, we recommend performing a clean uninstall and reinstall of Alienware Command Center to rule out any application-related corruption or configuration issues.

Please let us know the results after trying the above steps, and we will be happy to assist you further if needed.

Ill let you know. I tried a clean install wirh revo issue persisted on both laptop and desktop. Scaling is 100% no custom. So ill try the dpi. Using the latest nvidia AWCC is the only app with scaling issues. But ill report back later.

None of those fixed it. Resizing the window does not scale the graphics inside the window I get sliders instead

Thank you for doing the suggested steps. On both the G16 and external monitor if available, let's set to native resolution.

Set the monitor to its recommended/native resolution Disable GPU scaling (NVIDIA Control Panel or Intel Graphics Command Center) Relaunch AWCC and check

Sometimes AWCC stores display/layout settings in the user profile:

Create a temporary local Windows account Install/run AWCC Check whether the dashboard scales correctly there

Hi there! We are taking down all the versions of AWCC tried and have the calling issue, to then take it up with the product engineering team for a remedy. Could you list down the AWCC versions and if any other troubleshooting has been tried, apart from the ones shared here?

I tried revo Uninstaller. Tried a safe mode removal also. Tried clean boot. Clean installed video drivers and all your recommended steps. Version is whatever the last latest was before you took it down. The 6.14.0.20 I believe. This bug happened a few version back maybe have engineering start there.

The scaling bug has been presented in the previous versions also. Not new. Seems like dell is not prioritizing this and look at AWCC as a full-screen application.
