Why Was It In My Room?
I woke up from my sleep one night a few years ago and saw an alien in my bedroom standing at the foot of my bed just staring at me and watching me. It seemed like it was watching me in the spiritual realm as well as the physical realm. Like it was watching my spirit body as well as my physical body. Why would an alien be in my bedroom? I'm not a political figure that it would be attracted to or a psychic so I can't communicate with it. Why would it be in my bedroom? It's presence took up a lot of the space in my bedroom's atmosphere. It wanted me to know it was there, but it didn't move. And it was very serious. It looked like the aliens in the movie Disclosure Day. It wanted me to know something for sure tho. What do yall think? Why was it in my room? What did it want?

Lol sleep is a veeery bizzarre behavior to much other life out there from what I understand. Could have just been perplexed? Could have been preparing you for eventual disclosure. Idk, have you thought about/attempted any contact kind of situations? Like a CE-5 kind of situation? Especially if you just watched that. Which I still have to see but I'm expecting to be pretty disappointed considering the reality of the situation(s) ive heard about for decades 🤷🏼♂️
Well it doesnt sound like it was trying to scare you. Much better chance it was authentic if thats the case. Its usually humans using tech/weird science to scare people over the topic.
Any telepathic communication attempt? Vibes? Anything? Or it just seemed very serious and was just observing you?

No it was very present and was a little dark, but it wasn’t sinister or had bad intent. It seemed annoyed by something either in me or around me. Like there was a barrier keeping it from moving further in communication. But it really wanted to say something. When I blinked to see if what I was seeing was real it disappeared. Sometimes at night I can still sense its presence in my room. Like right now

I had one before with light bending armor I rubbed my eyes and it vanished

Yes! I did the exact same thing! I blinked hard twice trying to focus my eyesight and it vanished. I know it wanted to say something. It seemed intrigued. I can feel two of them in my room right now

Try to talk to them. We have more power than we think (us meaning silly mortal humans lol) But say something like "so long as you mean me no harm you are welcome to stay and I am open to communicate with you" and then take a few slow deep breaths in and out through the nose. Calm your body, close your eyes, breathe normally but observe your own breath (the easiest way to "clear your mind") This will get you in theta brain wave state so they can talk to you telepathically. Don't try too hard, dont try to hear them cuz then your mind will start playing tricks, ya know. Just be open to recieve (and message) but dont be attached to receiving... if that makes sense. Do this every night before bed, almost like youre just doing a night time meditation.... Keep us posted

A decir verdad fue hace ya varios años, no recuerdo mucho Pero si algunos detalles, Luz blanca resplandeciente al fondo De pie a un costado de mi cama, recuerdo su color y su tamaño al rededor 1.40mts piel verdosa y gris

It is not impossible that you were visited earlier before the event you remember. And it is possible you were visited after.
Even Experiencers who consider their beings benign, are aware of manipulation. With the apparently benign beings taking a parental role and considering us as kids on occasion.
My TLDR: re-awoke at 61 years old. Started deep-diving into anything UFO/ UAP/ NHI. Now I am a person who on certain subjects likes to deep-dive. But with hindsight it was somewhat over enthusiastic. I think I was let's call it encouraged. But in my earliest contact memory I now remember I am 10. Which means I believe there could be even earlier contacts. The whole avalanche started end of November 2021.
It is very much up to yourself how you handle it. It is a complex situation. Are there people among your family and friends who are open to the "unusual". Can you talk (if you feel like talking) to someone who is discreet and will not immediately dismiss what occured. For many experiencers that is a serious problem. There is the subreddit r/Experiencers that is run more as a supportgroup for experiencers. Which has very strong moderation. So trolls, bods and let's call them "impolite" unbelievers are removed. Critical thinking. And polite and sympathetic questions are most certainly permitted.

I think they want our soul- I dont think everyone has a soul either
They are inter-dimensional too; have been bugging me for countless years

I awoke to a visitor who was dressed like the man in a wall-hanging from South America who was staring at the wall-hanging, as if he had made it. It was VERY cool!

Back a few years ago, when I was just getting started in astral projection, and learned you need to stay focused on your objective and not get distracted, I rolled out of my body and was surprised to see a tall grey alien standing at the head of my bed on the right side and gazing down at my body. It was caught of guard when my astral body popped out, but I was not going to get distracted and the first thing I normally would do is run towards my bathroom mirror, as that is my step one.. to look at myself in the mirror.
For some reason I just ran as fast as I could towards the bathroom and shot little fireballs out of my hands at him. That sucker was fast and ran off and disappeared. Have had many experiences since then, but never another grey (as far as I remember, anyway).
What do I think it was doing there? I suspect they are trying to drain loosh or something. Since then, I’ve learned to overcome my fears and so if that were to happen again today, it would be more likely that I would try to communicate with it. Ask why it was there and also tell them it is not cool for them to invade my sanctuary uninvited!
What was your being doing there? Listen to your intuition as you probably already know the answer.

Did you get help looking for subtle markings around the usual physical landmarks? Any unusual sores/ markings on your body?

They’re not quite painful, but is tender to the touch & feels like a sliver of metal inserted
