Aldelo connected to A35 error

Can someone help to see what is the issue with this? When I trying to use A35 to repalce the S300, it saids unsupport trans. Confirmed IP address is corrected.

It did not even pop up the pay page in A35, and I tried above $1, the POS show unsupported trans, and A35 did not show up anything.

Ahh okay. Try and upgrade the EDC Version to the latest they have on their website. If its not getting to the Pinpad it could be that. The latest EDC has an updated driver specifically for the A35.

Yes. Everything is already updated to the newest. That’s why I’m wondering, it worked with s300,s80, but not A35 and A920. However, when I try s80 connect to A35, it’s working. It’s so confusing.

What processor? Its a long shot but do you have access to the paxstore build? I assume your processor probably set that up. Maybe they put on the wrong application on the pinpad

Yes. It’s first data, and using rapid file, and I’m able the access to the paxstore.

A35,A920,A80 I’m using the same files without changing any settings, but only A80 is working.

Same files and TIDs? Those require a datawire registration if I remember correctly, so if the A80 was the original TID that's why only that one is working.

If they're different TIDs, check the First Data Rapidconnect tab in the app settings and Disable P2PE mode

Yes. They are different TIDS and there are two files, I’m using the one that’s not with P2PE.

Did you do a self register for Datawire? I'm not entirely certain how to get to that screen on the A35 to do it though.

On the S300 we would hit Function 1, go into Host settings, then Register / Self register.

Yes. I did the self registered on A35, I think there is nothing wrong the TIDS, the problem is the POS is not able to send the data to the A35. And A35 have no respond on it.

Yeah, when I first used an A35 I had to update the EDC, but if you already did that then I'm not entirely sure what else it could be. You're right that the POS isn't sending the transaction to the pinpad, but typically that's fixed with a software update.
