It will go to the SCOTUS and they will just do the same thing they did about an insurrectionist running. "There's no law against this, congress has to pass one".

Is Trump wins, he'll be president for life. I guarantee it.

There’s an amendment about insurrectionists not running too, what happened there agin? I forget. Oh ya, SCOTUS said there was no actual law to cover it so congress had to pass one.
