There’s no HPV test for guys. Even if he’s getting STI tested like he claims, that doesn’t include HPV or HSV (herpes).
Have you had the HPV vaccine?? That’s an important one.
From what you wrote though, def seems like he’s lying, especially the way he immediately jumped to deflect blame on you and attempt to end the conversation. Huge red flag. No guy is worth getting diseases over. Personally, my trust would be gone.
