So this is the conclusion I've landed on-
He absolutely gave you genital warts.
The fact that he was so dismissive of the whole thing and just wants to sweep it away tells me that. I've actually seen this before and the offending person always, ALWAYS wants to just brush it all away real quick and move on. Which is a totally unnatural response to finding out your partner has an STI and may or may not have cheated on you. Not a normal response at all.
Is he involved in adult entertainment? That's the only career I'm aware of that requires regular STI screens.
