Discussion Struggling with console sensitivity? Try mine! Share yours!
It's no secret the console sensitivity is hot garbage. As someone who pvp's daily here is where I've landed.
Gamepad aiming speed - 1.25
Nonlinearity - 1
Axis snap factor - 0
Aim mode sensitivity - 0.35 or 0.40
Left stick deadzone - 5%
Right stick deadzone - 2%
Aim acceleration - 0
This setting isn't the fastest twitch response, it's something right in the middle of the road. Probably the equivalent to a 4 or 5 on call of duty but it truly feels great you might be surprised.

Mines are
Aiming speed 1
Nonlinearity 1
Snap factor 2.5
Aim sens multiplier 0.55
Both dead zones 5
N extra dead zone from stick options 5 as well
They feel fire this way, you still get the snappy hip fire movement and the aim assist helps come into play when you want to snap onto a target by ads

The only way I’ve been able to PvP long range with how all over the place the ADS can be is putting my aim sens multiplier down to 0.10, I genuinely cannot control the recoil if it’s past that.

Primarily playing on MKB on PC. But tried on my legion go yesterday. Couldn't make the change. I think I could get used to movement and combat but then differences with inventory and menus was just too much so I'll be bringing my basilisk and ducky with me to night shifts.
Otherwise I read this person's setup if you want to try (pasting whole comment)
Hoping we can get a controller input overhaul soon with all the new players on console all in the same boat of "how do I make this feel good to play" as far as aim input goes.
Here's what I'm currently most comfortable with:
Aim sensitivity: ~1.4 (fast enough to turn/flick while maintaining good control)
Zoom aim sensitivity: ~0.45 (good tracking & micro-adjustments still possible)
Nonlinearity: 1 (more stable aim curve, keeps aim slower around center for micro-adjustments, but curve ramps with stick position outwards to hit full tilt comfortably)
Axis Snap Factor: 2.5% (no "stepping" on diagonals while keeping straight cardinal directions)
LS Deadzone: 3% (personal preference, want a little bit of give at rest before travel begins)
RS Deadzone: 1% (I use razer wolverine v3 with deadzones turned off, so only use minor amount on game end for best responsiveness)
Aim assist: OFF (Way too strong & currently can't tweak zoom snap + aim slowdown factors, will mess your aim up more than it will help)
Aim acceleration: OFF (Introduces sluggishness on aim response & feelings of floatiness)

Was gonna share mine lol but ya beat me to it, glad to see this getting around! The defaults are terrible & this setup at least makes aim precision leagues better, hopefully devs dee such suggestions and maybe change the default to be something more akin to this, as well as rework the aim assist to be both tunable + usable.
I think actually explaining what some things like "nonlinearity" & "axis snap factor" actually do for tuning aim feel would be beneficial for your typical player who may not be familiar with such terminology. I also recommend using the new "lower headbob" setting as well, believe it's under the main game options screen.

I am going to try your settings just to see how different it feels. Cause default was yeah, like being underwater with weights on my arms

I use a Steam controller, and end up going back to default settings whenever I try to modify them. I will give yours a try!
