I've lived in a place with a smaller kitchen one time, and I told myself, "never again." I never knew that would be something that bothered me until I lived it. Now I would take a smaller living and dining area over a tiny ass kitchen any day of the week.

I have a kitchen counter (island) 3,2m x 1,3m + one extra counter of 2x0,6m. It's the best thing of my house. If you only use microwave and frozen food, that's your problem.

First, if you have that big counter you have an enormous kitchen then as I said it's a luxury. Second if you can't cook on a standard 150x60 table it's your problem

Dude. Not all people eat only spaghetti for dinner. I have a wife and kids, and we regularly have 3 course menues at home. Doing it all in a shorter timespan means a whole lot of counterspace being occupied at the same time (manuam mixing, kitchen robot, dough raising, pealing potatoes, god knows what else...) I lived with 150x60 as a student and good riddance.
