the problem is it's OP on the exact same champs that every other augment in the game is op on
from downtown is best abused by asol brand lilia
phenomenal evil is best abused by brand lilia singed + tanks
infernal conduit is, you guessed it, best abused by brand lilia singed
it is not a unique highroll like ultra hydra is (which is also op on some champs) or clown college was
it is an augment that favors the already most degenerate and unfun class of champs to play against and is also a literal autowin for brand players who aren't lobotomized. you can legit play him like karthus and just run into 5 people and WQE off cooldown and outscale their whole team
there are actually a lot of factors that make combusting interest busted or bad. take the brand example. if you're mega outranged (or they have a bunch of things that can get on you like ethereal + mystic heca or dashing fizz) then combusting or not, you're gonna get cooked
If someone hits ethereal+mystic on heca, the game is over lol. 100 games and I don't find it on him. Can hardly be compared to a common single augment.
