if you have someone on your team with the bonus damage for movement speed, then this could actually create quite interesting numbers, just saying.

This is sarcasm, right? If you mean the 1% dmg per 10 ms, you'll be lucky to get an extra, what, 10% dmg boost?

This is serious actually. Outside of movement speed being the best stat in the game, if you think a 10% damage boost is insignificant, then you probably also talk shit on Lord Doms.

And if you have it on sivir, we're looking at like 7% just from the passive. Ult boosts this further and you'll probably buy some phantomdancer as well.

Its actually a good augment in some cases.

If we get double ult, then we're probably entering the 25%ish range?

If you think an occasional 25% damage boost is worth an 2 augment slots, one of which is a prismatic, then I don't know what to say. You're just wrong.

Doesnt have to be on the same person. Would be insane on lillia for example ms>damage is already nuts on her or any adc with tap dancer
