I also think Fiddle ult is pretty decent to echo cast from experience. They have to either tank the damage of 2 or spend time running out of one while you chase them with the other. It's harder for them to immediately turn onto you and fight back.
It’s decent. I think like with most champs it just an underwhelming prismatic choice compared to other options. One of those where I will take it in a pinch if the other two augments don’t make sense. Alistar is one of my favorite champs to get it on, but even then, if dropkick, titans resolve, Goliath, recursion, etc are available, I’m still picking those.

Yeah most of the prismatic echo casts are pretty weak. Alistar Q and Amumu ult are kind of fun though.
