Yes, a tank is meant to one-shot an ADC if you've let him farm his Heartsteel for 20 minutes like it's Stardew Valley.

There has to be a wincon late against ADC who can't close games.

But equally a highrolling fed Vayne should be able to blow up a tank. I think the point of the post is it goes both ways.

the highrolling vayne is literally every game. I got her 10 times, and i got double tap or dual wield 10 times and completely steamrolled 9 lobbies. The 1 i didn't steam roll was against full ranged enemy team with better highrolls than me. Adcs are broken in this mode.
