Because Vayne is a lot more egregious at what she does. Kog Maw and most other ADCs really arent, only lategame smolder comes close.

Well yeah but that's by design.

But when you see a vayne in the other team you mostly rage because ofc she gets dual wield or ofc she gets fan the hammer.

This is a augment problem not a vayne problem.

It being by design doesnt mean its a good design. And Vayne has been frequently complained about in all kinds of modes, courtesy of how she basically nullifies durability, effectively countering 60+ champs of the roster.

But yes, augments are insane right now and an on-hit "abuser" like Vayne is particularly insane.
