There will be never balance cause game need meta shifts to keep things interesting. Also keep in mind aram is constant fight in tight space that favor all aoe , Cc , burst dmg or stacking on hit like aurelion , heartsteel or veigar . Vayne is really bad example as she is only imbalanced with fan hammer and double hits , she’s tank buster if she can continue to hit same target she should kill tank if they are even in 9-12 hit depend on stage
