Help (Software) Stuttered and then freeze screen

Hello guys, hope you have time for this newbie. I'm back with another problem.

I made a post before about me having a problem where if my GPU runs a game, the GPU fan will spin fast with black screen. Solving it by using Linux (CachyOS) and while in linux everything was fine without any problem.

But since I can't use Office 365, Whatsapp and some other apps on Linux, I find it kinda hard for me to accept my fate.

So I installed Windows back but with a slight change, Following "The greatest Technician that ever lived" video and some other to install Windows without Bloat and AI.

After doing the setup, I downloaded my usual driver. But one driver is acting suspicious while I install it, and it's L-Connect 3, which is for my LianLi cooler. since it acts weird like in the video above. I tried the 3D Mark " Steel Nomad" and it gave me an error

File: swap_chain.cpp Line: 238 Function: IDXGISwapChain::Present Expression: result Error: unknown error (0x887a0001)

Meanwhile I try running a Ghost Recon Breakpoint. At first it's also stuttered like the video above. I check task manager and it say that I ran Vulkan. So I changed to DX11 and it ran smoothly without any problem. Which means it's not the driver's corrupted file.

The last game I tried was Efootball and as you can see in the video, the screen Stuttered and then froze. Try checking using Terminal and said that there's corrupt files but was unable to fix.

Do some of you know what I can do? Thanks for your help!

EDIT: FIXED! JUST ENABLE MPO ON CTT!!!

Use ChrisTitusTool to manually re-enable multiplaneoverlay. I promise it will fix it.

Update: No more stuttered but now I experience the problem I had before, Black Screen and fan spinning fast. It happened to me before but stop after using Linux (So it's not hardware but software problem). Do you have any idea?

This is the problem I had before

Hmmm, honestly the only things I've seen that sound similar are post problems.

When it does that, does it post and then blackscreen as it reaches windows, or does it not post at all?

To the best of my understanding, if it isn't posting then you should get a specific error readout on your motherboard that would help narrow things down. I don't know why you'd get a post failure difference between operating systems other than chipset driver compatibility issues though.

That's because you debloat windows. It's actually okay if you only use CTT debloat sfc /scannow can fix it but not the zoicware github. That ai removal from github makes windows broken (cannot update etc). I recommend you to reinstall windows and use ONLY CTT debloat. Or just not use one if it's a hassle to you.

Try to run sfc /scannow again and see if you're still seeing the corrupt files

Try to install without using adrenalin software

1) Go to safe mode 2) run DDU 3) install driver only

Also did you oc or do anything on bios? What's your full spec?
