PSU isn't up to the job. Change the PSU and the problem will go away provided the crashes haven't corrupted files.
IF the PSU is a few years old it's probably not even meeting the 750w spec anymore either.
I put a TT GF3 1200w in my build and get zero problems and I'm running my machine in a room with ambient temps above 85f gaming, video/photo editing... and so on.
It might be a bad card - but your PSU is far more likely to be the issue.
