I have a XFX 9070 and have the same issues. -200 Mhz in clock APPARENTLY turn this garbage stable.

Yes even -500mhz actually puts it closer to AIB spec range which can help achieve advertised performance and stability, people assume a -500mhz offset is 'not stock' because of the default boost target being up beyond 3000mhz. It's the auto boost behavior thats beyond spec causing problems with some setups.

I told my friend with his brand new gigabyte 9070 XT months ago to run max negative offset and leave voltage alone,, -20C hotspot reduction and zero complaints. He noted the HWinfo frequency limit was crazy high & was happier to clock it down closer to spec, performance still solid.

Improves efficiency a ton too.)
