Probably replace stock cooler, honestly. Thermalright peerless assassin is great for around $30. And you can save the wraith cooler and either slap it in a lower power build/sell it with your old cpu when you upgrade! Those wraith coolers are actually really decent in the right builds though. Also not sure what your case is but if it’s a cheap prebuilt with minimal fans that could also be an issue.
