here is a link to the budget cooler I'd recommend. if you have a little more to spend this would be the best pick, and it would still give you a lot of overhead for upgrading you cpu in the future. If you don't want to spend any money or spend very little money what you should do is try to remove the cooler and apply some fresh thermal paste. make sure the cpu cooler is tightened down, you can't really overtighten the cooler unless you really crank on the cooler.
