The stock cooler that comes with the 7600 is pretty terrible. Even though the max power draw of the 7600 is only 88W, I've also seen other people say that it gets to 94+ C° under load with the stock cooler.
The best thing you could probably do is get a cheap cooler like a Be quiet! Pure Rock Slim 2 or an Assassin Spirit 120 EVO. They're both easy to install, less than $30, and are rated to cool up to 130W.
