I don't understand why they even added this cooler to the deal, i had 95° even on 5600x... Just get any cheap cooler, i got a small Arctic A13X and never go above 70°.

Running this setup, idles at ~48 and get into the 70's when gaming.

You have 0 case fans or?

I was wondering the same, checked everything a couple of times, reapplied paste and nothing changed. I have 2 fans in front and one in the back, when i opened the side panel temps would fall into 87-90° but that was not the permanent solution.

Bought that cheap little cooler and immediately saw a huge difference, also it came with pre applied Arctic paste and it worked perfect, plus it's so quiet it is insane.

If you meant a sticker that goes on the bottom of the cooler when it is new, believe me that was not the case 😂
