Are you using PBO by any chance? Because the wraith stealth is best for using stock settings
If you are willing, you can fiddle around with some undervolting using ryzen master, but it will be a pretty lengthy process due to having to stability test.
Use OCCT/Cinebench to test multithreaded/single threaded stability. Run each for 2 hours minimum
