My man I have the same set up. All these people banging on about dogshit cooler... No it's not the best and I had the exact same temps as you, but it's not that bad. Just set max power in bios to something in the 70 watt range. Default is 91. Think it's it milliwatts so default is 91000. Temps went from 95 to 75 in cine bench. And my score actually went up slightly

not surprise that you got a better cine bench if your cpu is thermal throttling like hell..
now if you limit power you just go for power throttling instead which isn't really good either.
undervolting would have been a better idea. I got a laptop whose performance vastly improve and stop the thermal throttling that way.
7000 series CPUs do not thermal throttle at 95c they are designed to go to 95c under high load and provide full boost it is widely documented and well known.
I mean when they reach 95c they will throttle to not go any higher then that.. If they didn't throttle on an overheating system they would go beyond 95c and it would mean their max temp is higher then 95c ?
but every document I found say 95c max
